The KAPSARC Career Advantage

To attract and retain highly qualified candidates, KAPSARC offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation package to all eligible employees. This package consists of base wages, allowances and other benefits. These benefits are designed to enhance overall job satisfaction and improve quality of life both within and outside the workplace. It is the goal of KAPSARC to provide its staff with attractive compensation packages that are motivational, fair, equitable and responsive to changes in the competitive environment. In addition, high performance and achievement will be recognized and rewarded with a range of financial and lifestyle benefits designed with the wellbeing of KAPSARC team members and their families in mind:

  • Center Housing. KAPSARC staff members are entitled to spacious, modern, air-conditioned accommodations, enhanced by nearby recreational facilities.
  • Dependents’ Education Assistance. Eligible KAPSARC employees may receive educational assistance for their children. Such assistance enables employees to choose from a selection of reputable international schools in Riyadh.
  • Vacation. In addition to excellent leave entitlements, once a year, KAPSARC will pay to fly employees and their eligible dependents to their point of origin.
  • Medical and Dental Care. KAPSARC employees will be entitled to have access to the medical facilities in Riyadh, where experienced physicians and specialists provide first-rate health care to staff and their Eligible Families.
  • Relocation Benefits. Employees who relocate to work at KAPSARC from both outside and within Saudi Arabia will receive advice and support from the organization.
Additional benefits will be offered to certain eligible employees.
